Nearly 30 years of hands-on experience

As a Town of Webb and Clarkson University graduate, I bring nearly 30 years of experience installing, supporting, and troubleshooting technology for homes and businesses. My work ranges from computers, networks, and servers to business phone systems, cameras, smart-home equipment, and audio/video installations.

That experience includes more than two decades working with Cisco VoIP. I also hold Cisco’s CCIE Lifetime Emeritus designation in Collaboration.

My approach is straightforward: understand what you need, explain your options, and help you choose a solution that makes sense for your home or business.

My goal is to earn your trust through honest advice, clear explanations, and work you can rely on. No gimmicks or sales pressure—just straightforward help. If I believe something needs to be repaired or replaced, I’ll explain why and let you decide. My rates are available upfront, and we’ll discuss the work and expected costs before getting started.
